Terms for Removal:

  • Items must be paid for in full before they are removed from auction premises.
  • All removal and trucking needs/fees are the purchaser’s responsibility.
  • All smallwares must be removed by Friday December 9th, 2011 @ 12 Noon. All remaining goods must be removed by no later then Friday December 9th at 4 pm., NO EXCEPTIONS, any items left beyond this date will be subject to storage fees or disposed of at purchaser’s expense.

  • Friday December 9th from 9-4
