Cleaning and Repairs
Our experience has shown that cleaner and well-maintained items sell better. While in lots of cases we will clean your items complimentary, if the cleaning job is large or extensive we suggest that you clean your items before auction or have us clean them with our professional equipment and materials. Also minor repairs that will enhance the quality of you goods should be made to increase its value this is also something that we can do for you if you wish.

Garbage & Scrap Removal
Our staff, trucks and trailers are always open to helping you clear out a home, yard, storage unit, business or other location. Our competitive trucking rates make us a one stop shop for your garbage and scrap removal needs. And having us there to load and deliver your items to the garbage dump or scrap yard means that you won’t accidentally be throwing out any hidden treasures. If we come across any salable goods we will be sure to let know and give you the option of keeping it, trucking it somewhere else or selling it by consignment.

Inventory Cataloguing
We can compile an inventory, catalogue of an estate’s assets, for you. This service is useful for those with have family or friends who have care-takers or other service providers frequently visiting their homes. These inventories can be up-dated and revisited as often as need to ensure that all of the estate contents have remained intact.
We also conduct business inventories. This service is particularly useful for those businesses for sale or involved in mergers. Having an inventory in place before the transaction date helps outline for both parties what assets are involved in the transaction proposal. A final inventory is also done on the day of the transaction to ensure that all proposed inventory items are still in place.
Storage Facilities
We have recently added a new building to our 3 acre auction site, and now offer an even wider range of storage facility units! We offer various levels of storage from basic outdoor to heated indoor storage.

Who is this service designed for?
This service has been designed to help those that are trying to manage complete estates, businesses, commercial and industrial properties and are in need of more then just our consignment or auction services. What does this service include?
With this service you will be provided with everything you need to completely clear-out a building and have it ready to sell, renovate or lease. We begin by trucking any goods that you may need moved, to another property, to one of our storage facilities, etc. Next we will auction or consign all saleable goods. Once we have your consignments or auction confirmed we will begin advertising as soon as possible so that we can bring in the largest buyer base possible. Our extensive advertising and buyer databases range from the local to international level to best market and promote your goods for sale. We will also store all items being auctioned absolutely free of charge. We will then take any non-salable salvageable goods to the scrap yard and sell them for you. We will remove all rubbish and junk from the property, donate what we can and dispose of the rest leaving your building empty and broom swept.How much does this cost?
Costs for this service vary greatly as will the amount of valuable goods and non-saleable items. All profits and expenses are consolidated to leave you with a single cheque or bill depending or your situation. Trucking & Moving Services
Whether you are a buyer looking for a delivery service, a consignor who needs their items picked up, moving or relocating your business or just looking for some assistance transporting your goods we are here to help. We can help you move everything from your household goods and vehicles to your entire restaurant, machine shop, business or plant.
Our hours for this service are extremely flexible, and we are available outside of regular business hours to accommodate your schedule.
Our standard trucking fees are $65.00 per hour for two staff, a pick-up truck and trailer. Please note that these fees are subject to change without notice. Please call or email with a detailed description of what it is that you need moved and we will be able to give you a free trucking quote.
Vehicle Pick-up
