Terms and Conditions of Sale
Payment must be settled day of sale. Nothing may be removed until paid for in full. A buyers premium will be applied to each item. Storage fees will be applied if items are left beyond the removal date set for the particular sale. All bids are irrevocable and items are sold AS IS \ WHERE IS, once sold the items becomes the responsibility of the purchaser, including removal, insurance, and shipping/transporting fees. There are NO refunds or credits. Neither Auctioneer, Owner nor Seller is responsible for any error in description or condition of an item and the Purchasers must satisfy themselves of condition, authenticity, and cannot object after a sale on any grounds. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. In all cases the Auctioneer’s decision is final.
